Hi Melissa, wise words...really like the idea of your new newsletter. I have followed you, and have many of your cookbooks. Eat Happy is now covered in cooking splatters, its a firm fav. On you recommend , I got The Bridge, starting to work through it. I think, post covid, the small, but very important things , we can have in our daily lives is very important...rituals, as a libran, is a life saver..10pm, oh yes, planned meals.
I spent lockdown, in melb, aus, 18mths, downsizing stuff..less clutter, the better. Love the bday tips....thank you for all you do, it is so joyous and helpful. Cheers, Tracey
Thank you so much for the inspiration ! I really enjoyed reading the newsletter ! The lesson number 4 really hit me. I discovered these past weeks the overscheduler I am, and slowling down and resting is quite a challenge. But how beautiful ;)
Love the tips! I’m 31 and have implemented quite a few of these recently. Especially eating the frog, whether it’s work/chore etc related just getting it done makes you feel so much better! I loved turning 30, you do really feel a shift in where you want to focus your time and energy and have such a better understanding of who you are. Can’t wait for the next newsletter thank you Melissa! Xx
This was so wonderful, thank you ! (& happy belated 37th Birthday). I particularly liked the salt water is the cure sentiment! And a much needed reminder that betrayal is them.
I'm still thinking about the salt water one - that's going to stick for life! xx
Thank you for inspiring me to swim more!
Thank you ❤️
Thanks for being here Clara

Love the tips, I’m definitely in need of ‘eating the frog’ as I always put the hard stuff off time and time again.
Thank you Rosina. I don’t always get round to eating the frog but when I do, I am motivated to keep eating it!
Invaluable advice, thank you Melissa <3
