Thank you for your comment, look out for the next newsletters I'll be sharing recommendations from my functional doctor. Of course what goes into our diet is so important too so I'll be sharing that as well x
Huge congrats and thanks so much for all your sharing on this. I’d be really interested in learning more what made you decide on IVF after your two miscarriages? Was it so you could do genetic testing on the embryos? I’ve been advised that IVF wouldn’t necessarily help me (with recurrent miscarriage) but of course every case is different and it’s so helpful to hear stories of the different approaches people take as it’s such a minefield of choices and decisions! Would also love to hear about the journey with create and aria x
This is such lovely news!! Congratulations. You are brave to have made the step to share your journey along the way. When faced with infertility and fertility treatments, it takes a lot of guts to put yourself out there and share, but it's also very healing and motivating to read others' stories. We had our double rainbow babies after two miscarriages (one from an unsuccessful IVF), both surprisingly conceived naturally too. I too swear by acupuncture and sharing stories and experiences with others. And good food and exercise too of course. But one bit of advice that stayed with me (from a friend who beat the odds to have twins) is to fill your life with all the things that are hard to do once you're a parent! We heeded her advice and went to festivals, took on new hobbies and explored our sexual relationship too. Whatever brings healthy vibrancy into your life has no downsides! <3
Such wonderful news..congratulations to you all..Nellie will make an excellent big sister..
The rollercoaster of infertility is such an upheaval. Be gentle with each other, as much as you can.
Thank you , both, for being so brave and courageous to share such intimate deets about your journey.
Over twenty years ago, such great access to services was not so readily available here in australia.
We had several miscarriages, sadly our rainbow baby never materialised. However, my nephew was born on the day, my third pregnancy miscarried.. So- he is my "rent-a-kid".. we are very close.
He is 21 now..a fully grown, lovely young man..also- we shared our story with him, and my niece.
They have more knowledge than we ever did. If that helps either of them in the future, fabulous..
May your pregnancy go easy, and your little girl and yourself have an easy birth, good luck.
Congratulations to you both🫶 this is just magical news. I’m so happy to hear that after all of the rainstorms that you have had to weather that the clouds have finally cleared for you and you’ve got a little miracle on the way. It’s given me so much hope and encouragement too. I’m in the waiting period of my first IVF cycle to see if it worked... I feel so comforted that if it’s not our time this time that we can find the strength to keep trying and believing. Wishing you all the best in your pregnancy and beyond ✨✨✨and I can’t wait to read your next newsletter xx
Hi Melissa, hope you are doing well. Many congratulations. Really happy to hear your good news. I had been following you on Instagram but since I had my second baby I decided to quit and be present with her and for that reason I missed your earlier struggles. I struggled to conceive and took us 7 years to have our first daughter after having a miscarriage. Thanks for sharing your journey. Sending you lots of love x
Thank you for your comment. I started with Create Clinic and then for various reasons which I'll go into in my next newsletter I moved to Aria Clinic and was really happy with them but I also really liked Create and it has a few branches. More info to come xx
I'm trying to fall pregnant and starting an IVF journey. I wonder if you knew you were pregnant in the two week wait before your missed period, like if you mentally/physically were aware before the test?
I worked with a hypnosis meditation expert on visualisation and I tried my best to live as if I was pregnant. I really believe in the power of visualisation and am going to talk more about this in future newsletters. I do feel very grateful that IVF worked for us first time. Wishing you all the best with your IVF journey xx
Hi Melissa huge congratulations to you and Henry! Me and my other half are considering IVF as an option for us so would love to know more about your journey before the decision if you are happy to share ❤️

Dear Melissa,
Congratulations <3
thank you for this heart-warming Post.
Could you maybe share some Tips about how to navigate my feelings towards my friends and family when they'r expecting and I am not.
I feel a lot of conflict in myself and even if I know better I feel alone and jealous.
Thank you a lot for this Blog, I love your Posts and it brings me so much joy :).
