I’m always here for the double butter! QQ - I’ve got wholemeal spelt flour in the cupboard. The soda bread recipe uses white, does the recipe change if I use brown? X
It would be a little more dense but I'm sure it would still work. Or you could do half wholemeal spelt, half plain flour. I hope that helps. Very glad to hear that there is another member of Team Double Butter out there! x
