That's a brilliant answer, thank you. All of those ingredients I have in the cupboard too 😊. I love warming spices and hearty food which is easy to rustle up and can make u feel a ton better. Perhaps it's also taking the time to make it, that makes us feel a bit better, and doing something for ourselves 💜

I agree. Mindset as medicine too is a phrase I like to remind myself of. My promise to myself this year is slooooowwwwww doowwwwwwwnnnn
