Hello Nads! I’m not sure I am balancing that well at the moment. I’m writing this now at 815pm and probs not a great idea to be on my phone at night time! Normally I try to switch off digital before dinner and I like an early dinner! I think my advice for you and me (!) is to schedule in online time and then make sure we schedule way more offline time!
