Hello! Here are 3 feel good recipes to brighten up your November. I’m feeling well and truly November-y …how about you? I’ve got blankets here, there and everywhere - one at the end of my bed, a giant one on the sofa and a throw hanging on the back of my desk chair for popping ‘over the knees’ while I’m working. I’ve also realised that getting a little wriggling baby’s arms in and out of her cardigans is a 20 minute job!
You’ll know by now that I am all about *feel good* food. So much so that it’s the title of my last cookbook. *Feel good* food means different things on different days and different times of year. Right now, for me, it means hearty soup (specifically, this chicken rice soup that so many of you wanted the recipe for), a pot of tea (in this case a ginger tea with a trio of feel good extras based on a nourishing healing tea that cultures have been making and slurping for centuries) and chocolate (specifically, chocolate tahini date bites from the viral date bark that I couldn’t resist).
I hope they bring a bit of *feel good* magic to your kitchen. Please let me know what your *feel good* recipes are for this time of year in the comments section below.
