2023 reflections
Hello friends, maybe you’re reading this in a few weeks in February, such is the heaviness of some of our bulging inboxes in January! Either way, I won’t wish you a Happy New Year again because I’m sure you’ve had an earful of it. But I will wish for you what I wish for myself, which is a day that hopefully has a walk in the crisp winter fresh air, a day with connection - whether that’s with others or most importantly with yourself - and ends with a cosy, comforting, nourishing meal and a restful night's sleep.
